This Wednesday January 31 we'll be hanging out in New Edinburgh at Sutherland for a beer pairing dinner we've been excited about for weeks!
Chef Warren Sutherland has been the driving force behind a slew of local spots that made waves when he opened them, including Sweetgrass Aboriginal Bistro, The Piggy Market and Slice and Co., among others. His latest effort is a scratch kitchen neighbourhood bistro with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and great food.
Sutherland has designed a delicious and compelling beer pairing dinner for one night only. The menu comprises four appetizers, three mains and two desserts and can be enjoyed as a three course table d'hote or a la carte. Every course will be paired with a different Dominion City beer.
