We've sourced a pair of Lacombe pigs from Horizon hog farm in Martintown, ON.
Horizon is a family owned and operated farm. They work with Heritage Livestock Canada to rebuild the Lacombe population and expand the breed's genetic diversity by breeding on their farm and helping others to rebuild this endangered breed. These pigs are hormone and antibiotic free and every animal raised on the farm is pastured and free range.
BBQ with DREW will be on-site leading the BBQ effort.
