Dark Saison Aged in Pinot Noir Barrels. This beer has been bottle conditioning since 2019 and is tasting better than ever.

A blend of dark wheat ales fermented with saison yeast and brettanomyces. Brewed with malted and flaked wheat. 

Bottled February 20, 2019.
