    This coffee is SUPER WEIRD in all of the best ways. Some of y'all will remember a baddie of a coffee called "Butterball". This one is as close to a buttery beauty as we can imagine. Its aromatic and grapey, silky and creamy.

    Wilton tastes: Red grape, vanilla, and hibiscus.

    We taste: Browned butter, hibiscus, and aromatic grape.

    Origin: Piendamo, Cuaca, Colombia

    Variety: Yellow Bourbon

    Process: Double Anaerobic, Thermal-Shock Washed

    Fermentation: Sterilization of the fruit with UV light before starting the fermentation for 96 hours in stainless steel tanks.
