Say hello to this beautiful natural Ethiopian coffee from Solomon Hamiso. This single farm lot is grown in the Kokose Village, known for its rich terroir of ukltra fertile soil, moderate climate, and high altitude. Processing: The cherries are meticulously sorted by density and hand. Solomon prefers a prolonged drying period on raised beds to acheive optimal moisture levels. It is then dry-hulled and bagged for milling in Addis Ababa.
We taste blueberry compote, fresh cherry, white floral, and sweet cream.
