KEKKON 結婚 (meaning "Wedding" in Japanese) is near and dear to our brewmaster's heart. The recipe was first brewed for his wedding in Japan seven years ago - 100 bottles were created as a parting gift for their guests. It's now brewed to commemorate Luc and Eri's anniversary, hence why we also call our Sour Wheat Ale w. Raspberries a "Wedding Anniversary Ale." Aside from its origin story, Kekkon is a refreshing, fruit-forward sour beer with a rounded texture. Pouring an invirting rosé colour topped with a mountain cap of pearly white foam, Kekkon features notes of jammy raspberry and wildflowers with a balanced acidity and dryness in the finish.
