This is the second collaboration we've done with our pals at Burdock Brewery in Toronto. We called it Lake Burd (get it?!) and it's a very nice rice lager that we made with local Barn Owl Malt and 20% sushi rice.
It's extremely smooth with a great drinkability! Light sweetness and a mild bitterness from a Tettenang hop addition. We're loving it and think you will too.
