Slake Brewing - WooHoo 355ml

This Pilsner is made with floor malted barley locally-sourced from Barn Owl Malt, 50 km away from us. We used a traditional decoction mash to get a more characterful malt flavour.

A generous amount of Saaz hops were added to the kettle, which gives the beer an inviting aroma and a moderate bitterness. It spends 8 weeks cold-conditioning and is naturally carbonated.
