This beer was brewed with Justin and Roy from Matron Fine Beer. We made it with overwhelmingly Ontario-sourced ingredients, including Mississippi Mills Malts and Barn Owl Malt as well as Comet from Hayhoe Hops and Prince Edward County grown Hallertauer.
Fermentables: Mississippi Mills Malting English Pale Ale, Barn Owl Munich, Barn Owl Vienna, CaraMunich1, Carafa 2, Carapils
Hops: Hayhoe Hops Comet, Pleasant Valley Cluster, PEC Hallertauer
Yeast: House Preferred Lager Yeast
