We brewed this hoppy lager with Mississippi Mills pilsner malt, hopped it with lots of German and PNW varieties and fermented it cold and slow. It has a a lively bitterness and a dry finish with floral aromatics and notes of stone fruit and melon from Oregon-grown Cashmere hops.

This beer calls to mind the things we cannot control and that hold little regard for our comings and goings. Where some might see a cold emptiness, this lager beer invites us to instead find respite in the universe's grand indifference. There is relief in the perspective that our greatest victories and most stinging defeats are comfortingly small when viewed from the right vantage.
