Six months on skins, fermented and aged in concrete egg, this orange wine oozes tangerine, blood orange and pomelo with nectarine and apricot marmalade. Fennel, clove and cumin abound. There is also touch of floral spritz, like rain in a blooming garden.
60% Pinot Gris, 40% Riesling
