Our first still red cuvée using one of our favourite grapes - Rotburger (formally known as Zweigelt). Due to the namesake breeder's enthusiasm for the Nazi party we will be using the Rotburger name from now on - we've petitioned the VQA and they have now included Rotburger as an official name. This delicious red wine is best served chilled or under 11C, is bursting with red berry flavours, has a light integrated tannin profile and a zippy acidity. Great in a bar setting and pairs very well with pasta.
