Nebulous [neb-yuh-lus] adjective, meaning; in the form of a cloud or haze; hazy.

Nebulous, our pét-nat, returns. Cute for pétillant naturel, this wine is fermented without selected yeast, fining agents or added sulphur. Nebulous was bottled before the end of alcoholic fermentation with its natural lees to capture the natural ferment pressure in bottle. A lightly sparkling and slightly hazy pink iridescent cloud known as Nebulous is the result.

• Bottled during active ferment at harvest.
• Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any sulphur added.
