A partial skin-contact white blend (rather than a full-blown orange wine), the Pinot Gris was pressed immediately while the Viognier and Muscat spent 3 weeks on skins.
Lemon Sherbet, starfruit, Moroccan clementine, soft peaches and Asian pear along with lilac, acacia and honeysuckle are balanced with a crushed seashell salinity and savoury notes.
50% Pinot Gris, 31% Viognier, 19% Muscat
