SAUNA LAGER II – our second born pilsner bébé made in collaboration with our dear Mellön Brasserie friends.
This version of Sauna is a German style Pils again, brewed with whole leaf hops. It’s beautifully bitter, crunchy as heck, and crispy to the bone. Like grassy citrus saltine crackers, only colder and way more refreshing.
We had such a steamy time brewing this beer with the Mellön gang, you can taste the joy on the mid-pallet. If you’re hankering for a perfect herbaceous and crunchy pils, make sure you get this one while it lasts!
