West is our new homage to the Pale Ales of the West Coast and is a showcase of THE OG West Coast hop: Cascade.
Expect a classic coastal piney-citrussy-pineapple aroma bonanza partnered with assertive tongue tantalizing bitterness that will leave your buds yearnin’.
We lightly can conditioned West (that’s cool), which helps protect the beer from oxidation - preserving the hop aromas for longer than typical force carbonated beers.
This is the first batch of West that we’ve released and we’re very happy with the results – everyone around the brewery is saying it’s their new favourite beer!
