Ciudad Paloma Sour Cerveza-style Lager with Lime Zest
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Montreal's L'Espace Public brewery, this Mexican-inspired lager is brewed with corn to deliver a beer light in body. Our take on this Summer classic is tart and features a hint of lime zest.
Tasting NotesTart, zesty, crispy
History Of The Style
Inspired by those lime-affected, corn-brewed, clear bottled Summer beers of yester-yore, this is our re-imagination of the humble cerveza. Brewed with a blend of flaked corn and malted barley, kettle-soured and dosed with lime zest and lagered for months, this beer is set to be a crusher.
