We brewed this stout with our pals at Moo Shu Ice Cream using milk sugar and black currants. Rich and fluffy, this beer showcases tangy berry and cocoa notes with floral aromatics and light tannin.
Fermentables: 2Row, Roasted Barley, Caramel Munich 80L, Chocolate malt, Coffee malt, Flaked oats
Hops: Columbus, East Kent Goldings
Adjuncts: Lactose, Black currant purée
