Le Hibou with Cherries
Dark saison aged in Pinot Noir and bourbon barrels aged on Niagara Vista and Valera cherries. It was aged on over 280kg of freshly-harvested cherries from Torrie Warner's Farm in Beamsville, Ontario for six weeks. The result is a lively dark beer with toasty malt character, tannic notes of black currant and tobacco leaf and a lightly tart finish.
