Pastry-like with elderberry and jammy sweetness, this 100% Caturra variety is grown by Luis Vicente Morales in the Tasnaque, Yacuanquer area of Nariño, Colombia. Luis is a soil health wizard and does an incredible job with his coffees every year – we’re feeling so good to have it back on the menu.
