Orleans Brewing - Celebrating Sisters Bock 473ml
The aroma hints at notes of caramel, raisin, toast, and a malty forwardness. The copper/red hue and its orange head hosts a beautiful and lasting foam.
Medium to full body, very long lasting on the tongue, with a small amount of hop bitterness to counteract the rich malty sweetness.
This beer is part of a larger project called Celebrating Sisters which our brewer, Eric Saulis and two other Indigenous brewers, started to support Indigenous women.
Thank you to Dominion City and Kichesippi for collaborating with us on the recipe, Chief Lady Bird's approval to use her artwork for the label, Brew Culture and Lallemand for donating raw material, and Ren at the Do Better. Be Better movement.
