Quietly Coffee - Colombia - Carolina Samboni

When I first cupped Carolina’s coffee, I was expecting those hallmark Huila notes with cirtus fruits over cherry but instead found a great berry flavour that really reminds me of sticky strawberry and rhubarb jam. The finish is loaded with sweet baked goods, think fig newtons, apple pie, date square, and crumbled brown sugar.
