Terra is a farmhouse field blend of pears, culinary/heritage apples and Dolgo crabapples.
Juicy and wild, the natural acidity of these three classes of fruit, is moderated by the body built on months of maturation on lees.
What's it like?: Ripe pear and crabapple skins, dance alongside notes of geosmin and orchard leaves. Our wild microflora have added a soft farmhouse quality, a whiff of sunset over the trees.
The width of this cider is stretched further by the subtle sweetness from our pears—weighty like a drop of honey on a strand of silk.
Rustic yet fruity, Terra is a field blend equal to our favourite natural wines.
62% cider, 38% perry.
