Rorschach - Harmony Dessert Lager 355ml

Mochi is a traditional Japanese dessert made with rice and various sweet or savoury flavours. With the goal of balancing sweetness and texture we brewed this dessert lager with rice, wheat & lactose sugar and then conditioned it on strawberry, cinnamon and vanilla for a strawberry pie character and a refreshing finish.
