- 60% aged in stainless steel, 40% aged in neutral french oak for 4 months prior to transferring the full amount into stainless steel.
- Aged for an additional 4 months in steel before bottling.
- Fermented using non-selected ambient yeast.
- Bottled without fining or filtration.
