Tasting notes: Sponge candy - Canary melon

For the first time we will be featuring a coffee from Tanzania. oils to be found in this region and the semi-dry climate represent an important challenge for the farmers. They farm in organic ways and local compost is used more and more. Special care is being put in the washing process. Many steps of sorting and a density separation, result in a cup of exceptional clarity.

The outcome is spectacular. These harsh growing conditions and special care produce a richer and flavourful coffee. You’ll find notes of sponge candy and canary melon.
