Town Brewery - Group Hug 473ml

Brewed in collaboration with Left Field and Dominion City, the plan here was to concoct a crispy and refreshing crusher beer with a little extra pop. That's when the fine folks at Escarpment Labs came into the mix and their thiolized yeast strain "Thiol Libre" - to unlock some big and bold tropical fruit aromas. We layered in Ontario grown Cascade hops from Hayhoe Hops, a heavy dose of dried Sauvignon Blanc skins from Phantasm and let this little buddy rip. Group Hug Thiolized Blonde is the result and we are fired up on it! It's exactly what we set out to make; crispy and refreshing with layers and layers of super fruity flavours and aromas. This beer is a true collaboration and we are very grateful to have been trusted to brew it and to have been a part of this fantastic group.
