Wilderness Gothic Riesling #2
We added 700L of fresh Riesling juice from Hinterland Winery in Prince Edward County to a blend of one year old barrel-fermented Saisons to produce an ale with bright minerality, ripe fruit aromatics and balanced green apple acidity.
