Wood Brothers - The Filthy Fernando 473ml

Collectively, we chose a unique espresso coffee blend from the Lone Star state of Texas in the US to add to this beer. It pours black with a saturated caramel colored head and the addition of coffee created an extremely integrated and well-balanced beer. Its aroma is dark chocolate, caramel apple, cinnamon and clove, fresh coffee, dried fruit, and leather.

The taste was balanced with the addition of chocolate ice cream and pecans that reminds us of dark chocolate, peanut butter, dried cherries, hints of vanilla, and a lingering coffee backbone with light bitterness. It is silky, creamy, viscous and its flavor is reminiscent of an affogato dessert.
