Join us this Thursday March 1 as we officially launch Northfield, our foeder-fermented Saison in the Bacaro at North & Navy.
Tickets for the 6-9pm portion of the evening are officially sold out. Everyone is welcome to join us in the Bacaro behind the dining room at 9pm with no cover.
In addition to showcasing Northfield, NoNa will also be hosting a tap feature with four draught offerings that night and the dining room will be open for regular dinner service.
This Belgian-style farmhouse ale was fermented and aged for more than six months in an oak fermenter called a foeder with a mixed yeast strain from Ontario's Escarpment Labs featuring a blend of tradional brewer's yeast and Brettanomyces. This wild yeast strain contributes vivid brightness and a dry, crisp and refreshing finish. This beer is the first release from our dedicated funk and wood ferment facility.
