Northfield #7 was bottled November 25th, 2021 after living in our oak foeder for one year.
Fermented with Brettanomyces and saison yeast, this bottle conditioned treat was brewed with 100% Barn Owl malted barley and wheat, Quebec-grown Cascade from Houblonnière Lupuline. Dry, bitter, hop accented and expressive of its age.
