We brewed this beer with a thoughtful blend of Golden Promise, some crystal malts and invert sugar; hopped it gently with First Gold and Fuggle; and fermented it with one of our favourite ale yeasts. It has notes of caramel apple, almond pastry, dried dates, and some nice bread.
