Our fresh new Vienna Lager was brewed with healthy serving of Vienna Malt (big surprise) from Wyermann Malts (that’s German).
We did a single decoction to deepen the malt character and it drinks a bit like a Deluxe that’s spent a few good nights in the oven. Like a nutty, toasty, brioche bun. Not too sweet with a beautiful bready malt character.
