Barrel aged beers rested on Cab Franc skins from Pearl Morissette Home Farms vineyard, Demi Rossa is bright, tart and soft around the edges. It perfectly balances notes of sour cherries, red jujubes, red apple skins and dried cranberries.
We love Cabernet Franc. It’s spice and gentle pepper notes jive so well with barrel aged beer and create something that’s truly unique to grape ales.
