Time & Tide 30L - Home Keg

We brewed this hoppy lager with Mississippi Mills pilsner malt, hopped it with lots of German and PNW varieties and fermented it cold and slow. It has a a lively bitterness and a dry finish with floral aromatics and notes of stone fruit and melon from Cashmere hops.
