“Hoppy not bitter!”

Juicy, soft and hazy, this APA is loaded with mango and passionfruit hop flavour. Let this beer be your reward for an honest day’s work.

History Of The Style

American pale ales are traditionally hop-forward beers brewed using American hop varieties. These beers tend to showcase more intense citrus and fruit notes than traditional pale ales brewed in the British style, which relied on more subtle European hops.

Our take on the APA style showcases copious amounts of oats to boost the beer's body into the realms of full fat cream. It also relies entirely on generous post-boil hopping that leaves the bitterness in balance, but with added emphasis on rich tropical fruit hop aromas and flavour.
