Rise to the occasion & brew a coffee of nostalgic 32bit biblical proportions. Posa De Christo is made up of 2 different Paraneima lots, one washed & one natural from two producers; Nery & Edin. This coffee is full of that wild Paraneima flavour profile: The washed coffees often taste bright, tropical, & have this REALLY interesting tea-like note finish almost like sage/thyme that we find so amazing while the naturals are heavy dark ripe fruits, cacao nibs, & massive body. When these two coffees are blended together, it creates the the best of both worlds...this one & the next ; )
