Beagle Bitter

We brewed this beer with a thoughtful blend of British Heritage malt, some crystal malts and dark sugar; hopped it gently with East Kent Goldings; and fermented it with one of our favourite ale yeasts. It has notes of caramel apple, almond pastry, dried dates, and some nice bread.

Fermentables: Chevalier, Flaked Oats, Dark Crystal, Mars Malt

Hops: Tettnang, First Gold, Fuggle

Adjuncts: Demerara Sugar

Yeast: Lallemand Nottingham
