A higher carbonation, extremely refreshing, baby-version of Tuesday. Brewed with a really similar recipe to Tuesday (Pilsner malt + Ontario flaked wheat from Nith River Milling) this “microsaison” clocks in at 3.2% abv. Expect notes of little lychee, petite PEZ and excellent microbubbles in this can-conditioned delight.
