September Coffee - David Berrio

This is our second time featuring a coffee from David. This Chiroso is incredibly sweet, juicy, and bright, presenting with a light body and a sparkling lime finish on our cupping table. In the cup we taste red fruits reminiscent of juicy red grapes and sweet pomegranate. This coffee has a light body and a sparkling citric acidity that reminds us of limes and lingers in the finish of the cup.
