David Sabillon is a humble, quiet, & thoughtful we met through Benjamin paz in Honduras. He is the name behind the "Super Sucrée" bag. This guy is a chicken farmer, his dad was a Banana farmer/trader that everyone knows in Peña Blanca, the town next to the Santa Barbara mountain.
David works magic with a varietal that doesn’t always get the love it deserves, processing it with serious finesse. The result? A deeply sweet, layered, and complex coffee you’ll want to drink every day.
He is a dedicated coffee farmer in Las Flores, Santa Barbara, Honduras, growing Parainema, Pacas, and Geisha with care and expertise. Raised in a coffee-growing family, he inherited his father’s land in 2015 and has since poured his heart into producing exceptional micro-lots, motivated to continue improving the quality and diversity of his coffees.
