Even Coffee - Sol de la Mañana

Agricafe is a family business now run  by Pedro Rodriguez, his daughter Daniela and son Pedro Pablo. Agricafe produces and sources high quality micro lots. One of their goals is to improve and diversify Bolivian  culture and coffees. To do so they implanted 2 social programs in the Caranavi area supporting 500 families from this region.

This lot comes from 4 producers who are part of Agricafe’s program. 
After arrival at Agricafe’s wet mill, cherries are sorted and processed according to quality, varietal, and other factors. These cherries have been dried on raised beds for 14 days.

As we brew this coffee for pour over we can enjoy a clean cup revealing some apples, caramel, milk chocolate and vanilla.
