Soft notes of lychee, peach, pear, and dried apricots with subtle aromatics of honey and botanicals make this wine balanced and quietly complex.
Primarily direct-pressed Frontenac Blanc and Frontenac Gris fruit with the remaining Frontenac Blanc fruit added in whole clusters "trempette" style for 3 months. Aged on lees in stainless steel for 6 months.
